Building a Singaporean specialty coffee and bagel concept from total scratch.

I handled the end to end development of another bean to prepare it for market entry. The goal was to build a timeless, minimal visual identity that could scale smoothly across digital platforms, packaging assets, and physical storefront construction.


What I handled

Visual Identity System

Developed the custom brand geometry, color palette, and logomark, mapping out the logo anatomy using typography to anchor the brand ecosystem.


Physical Experience & Packaging

Designed all consumer-facing touchpoints, including the retail coffee bags, cold brew bottles, staff aprons, in-store signage, and digital TV screen menus.


Storefront Rollout

Oversaw the visual journey from digital concept sketches to the actual physical kiosk build, ensuring the brand identity translated accurately onto the physical storefront.
